Interior door Repaint

All doors will always need to be removed from the hinges and properly clean and if possible sand door lightly. When ready to spray we will spray 1 coat prime of primer and 2 coats of finish.

The more doors you add to the project, the less each door will cost. 2-4 doors price will go to $125. This is for standard doors with minimal restoration.

Drywall Repair

To fix a patch of drywall properly when a big hole is made, the rough edges will need to be cut away and then properly install a small new piece of drywall and then mud and texture to what the existing texture is. Will need to dry and be sanded.

Patches will vary in price based on size but the more you need fix the less it will cost per patch. Including if your home lots of nail pops that you want fixed as well. Just remember though, for every patch that is fixed, usually that whole wall will need to be repainted depending on the paint that is on that wall.

Wallpaper removal of 1-2 10’ft by 8ft walls

First the wall paper will need to be roughed up and then will need to be sprayed with a certain mixture to properly tear the paper away without damaging the wall.

Project will vary depending on the wallpaper that is on your wall and price will drop the more walls that there is.

Baby Nursery paint job

10×12 room — First process was to discuss with the customer that the best quality paint will need to be used because it won’t have as extreme smell and bad chemicals that other paints have. Especially when we are talking about one’s children. New trim paint, accent wall, ceiling, and other wall paint. Trim usually needs to be cleaned with usually denatured alcohol to get rid of all the dust and debris and things that have accumulated over time. All walls, ceiling, and trim will get 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of finish.

Bedrooms will always vary in price depending on how much trim they have, or the height of your ceilings. Also, the amount of sq. ft. you wish to paint will also decrease the price of the job.

Repaint living room with same color paint just to refresh

Walls will be dusted down and accessed for any damage that may need to be fixed before we decide to paint. For this application we will do 1 coat of the same paint you currently have and go from wall to wall of whatever we touch to freshen up the rooms look with a nice fresh coat of paint. Most people want this after there paint is years old.

We cannot always repaint over certain surfaces without priming or at least redoing and patching and such. Some surfaces need to be replaced completely.

Staining deck

10×20 Deck, to properly stain a deck, you need to access the damage and whether or not certain parts of the deck need to be replaced. Also, if the deck was previously stained or painted, it may need to be sanded down to the bare wood, or at least scuff up a lot so the new stain can take. Also, it cannot rain, nor can humidity be extremely high or else we cannot do the project.

The higher a deck is off the ground, the more it will cost because of hard-to-reach areas. If portions of the deck are rotten, they will need to be replaced which will also add more to the cost.

Cabinet painting (wood)

12 drawers and 24 doors – All drawers and doors will have to be taken off completely and hinges removed. They will all need to be marked and then after this the cabinet area will need to be properly tarped and taped off everywhere. Then the doors will need to be repaired and then sanded. After this we are ready to prime with 1-2 coats of primer with sanding in between. Then 2 coats of finish after.

The more doors and drawers there are, the better the price can get. Also depending on the material of the cabinets, different finishes will need to be achieved and therefore totally different process and paint whether they are wood, metal, composite, etc..

10×10 bedroom walls only

The walls will need to be cleaned and make sure there is no drywall damage that needs to be fixed. Then the walls if we are going from a dark to a light color will definitely need to be primed and then 2 coats of finish paint.

The cost will change depending on whether or not furniture needs to be moved and the height of ceilings and such.
